Biography

-The Begining-
I was borned on 1st of March 1995 in Bucharest , Romania. I started tennis at the age of 4 in Netherlands. I was going outside the house to play tennis with my mother and when she saw i was good, she sent me to a club in Heerenveen, the town where i stood. I was very excited when i was going to the courts. I didn't even begin to warm-up until my trainer came. After 2 years i stopped to train because i came back in Romania. 2 years later i went to Israel for 1 year and started there again but not for long. i didn't want to train anymore because i thought the trainer was boring.

-Start of Pro Tennis-
I was 9 years old at the 2nd grade at school. After the school day i was walking on the streets when i passed an entrance to a sports club named T.C. Segarceanu. I went there and when i got to the tennis courts i saw a friend of mine playing tennis,so i wanted to be at that club and started again tennis, this time pro.Well,i started pro tennis because of...friendship. I was a very good player at the club and later i had my first tournament. I lost in the first round and it was sad for me.It took me long to win my first match, which made me upset this idea.Slowly, but safe i began to win matches.

-Changing from Club to Club-
Later,i moved to a new founded club,T.C. Diamant, with my new trainer Morosanu. It was hard work there, but i had to train. One day,the trainer didn't come and instead i trained with Florin Dumitru, headcoach of T.C. Major.Since then i train at his club and also have physical training with Neagou Aurelian.

-Comeback to Netherlands-
In 2007 when i was 12 years old i went with my mother and grandmother to Netherlands (Holland) where i first started tennis.I was extremly excited to go there because i like the country very much.Holland is in my heart. It was in the summer and i stood there for 2 weeks.I trained at the same club where i started tennis.I liked to train there,i made many friends,i visited the center of Heerenveen, the town where i stood, the chineese restaurant "Rose Garden".I improved my tennis during the period and i was upset i had to go back in Romania. However,in 2008 i went there again this time for 1 month.

-First ETA tournaments-
The second time i went to Holland i participated to three ETA tournaments(European Tennis Association). The first one was in Birkerod,Denmark.I went there only with the club.It was a one day journey and we had to get to Denmark by ship on the sea.It took 45 min.We stood in Birkerod for one week and in tents.Anyway in the tournament i made a great performance.I made it through the 2 qualification rounds and won the first main draw round.I lost the second round, but still i made a good performance that week. The other to tournaments were in Holland.First at Velp.I couldn't repeat the performance from Denmark, losing in the 2nd qualification round but i still played as good as i could. The last tournament was in Meppel. This time i repeated the performance from Denmark, making it till the second round on the main draw.I had a great experience from these tournaments.About the tournaments...great atmosphere, well organized, tickets with which you could buy food, every player received souvenires.

-Posible New Future-
In 2008 in autumn i was recommended a tennis academy in Holland named "Tennis Factory".It is in an university town Enschede.I accepted to go and i went there after the winter vacation which was from 2nd of January - 9th of January.I stood in Enschede till 9th of February in an academy's house.I also had school there. The school was like an american school you see in movies. My training program was hard:1 tennis training and 1 physical training Monday,Wednesday and Friday after school;1 tennis training before school and 1 after and 1 physical training all this Tuesday and Thursday. There were a lot of kids at this club.I was shy this period 'cause i made with a group of girls of my age and sometimes there came a boy or two.But we also had another group doing next to us,a group of 16-17 years old boys.I trained indoor on carpet courts. The building where the academy was is very beautiful, arranged,it had 9 separated courts,Squash courts,a pool room,a bar, waiting room, a modern fitness gym and a multisport(the two places where we made physical training). The point is that i went at the academy to see how the training system is and if everything's O.K. i'll stay there. So,everything's fine and on 15th May i come back and stay there.

-Dutch Tournaments-
In the last 2 weeks when i stood in Enschede i participated in a dutch tournament which was taking place in a village near Enschede. There were matches only on Friday after school and in weekends which is good because you don't miss school. In Holland the sistem is different. There are level categories(HE8,HE7,HE6,HE5,HE4,HE3,HE2,HE1)and it doesn't matter how old you are,you can play. There were only 5 courts and to have time to play, the match was 2 of 3 sets, one set till 5 and if it is set-set then it'll be tie-break.I participated at 2 levels HE6 and HE5,so you can say i was in 2 tournaments which meant i had more matches and i could be very tired, but i resisted. It was harder in the HE5 tournament and in the first round the opponent had a match point but i took it and then won the match.I made it through the semi-finals and then played normal match. In the end i won both tournaments.
